Well, September was jam packed wasn’t it? To start with we had a great show at The Three Tuns in Gosport on the 3rd, followed by a week out in Spain on the 7th, where we stayed with Ken Hensley and his wonderful wife Monica to record “Free (The Song of Amur)”, written especially for Vladivostok’s 17th annual Amur Tiger Day, from which we have just returned – playing to a crowd of over 40,000 people!
After we returned from Spain, we played at The Bird In Hand in Fareham on the 16th, where we have secured a regular bi-monthly show for the whole of 2017, starting on Friday the 17th February! This was followed by our performance in Vladivostok a little over a week later on the 25th.
We are currently enjoying two days off before jetting off again, this time to Norway to play the Oktober Rocks Festival in Orkanger on October the 1st.
After this show, October will be a very quiet month in comparison, with our second and only other show for the month, taking place at The Rydal Arms in New Milton on Friday the 28th (Address: 93 Station Rd, New Milton BH25 6JJ). This is a free entry show and is situated just a ten-minute walk from New Milton train station!
